Dialogue and Feedback...
One of the most important parts of Transformativity strategy is accepting that no one person has all the answers. I can best continue to learn and improve the ideas I am sharing, and thus my ability to help change the world through your dialogue and feedback. Therefore I am very interested in, and committed to, engaging with people with perspectives that diverge or conflict with mine. So long as we can both approach our differences with open-mindedness and respect, I trust dialogue to be productive.
So, I would love to hear from you, whether you want to share positive feedback, things that could be improved, respectful disagreement, or questions.
